Printed Tees
Returns and exchanges are accepted for any reason on screen-printed (first edition) tees in accordance with the following rules:
- Customer pays return shipping.
- Printed tee must be in new condition—unused with the tags still on.
- Printed tee must be in the mail on the way back to us within 14 days of the order arriving.
- Refunds/exchanges are usually processed within one business day of the item arriving back at our shipping facility.
- We may be able to help you with a discounted return shipping label. (US Only)
Embroidered Merch, Stickers & Mugs
All embroidered merch, coffee mugs and stickers are made especially for you when you order—which is why we cannot accept returns on these items in most cases. These items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you.
- Returns/exchanges only accepted if there is a defect from the manufacturer.
- Please use the size charts on our product pages. Returns/exchanges are not accepted if an item is too large or too small.

Email us at support@reservesupply.xyz with the following information:
- Your name
- Your order number (Ex. #RSR-1234)
- The item you want to return
- Why you want to return it
- Pictures of item if necessary
- We will reply with a return address and further instructions.
